Gody LUI

Gody LUI is the Commercial Director in EQM. Graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and prior to joining EQM, she has spent over 12 years in the recruitment industry, serving Multinational and Listed Corporations in executive talents search, which covered regions in Asia Pacific, UK and Middle East. Over her years among various industries, Gody has established a strong network and experiences in working with different parties, especially in the field of Human Resources, Social and Employee Relations consultation.

In addition, Gody is an experienced corporate trainer and has also been involved in various corporate projects in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Singapore.

Gary LI

Gary LI is a Senior Consultant in EQM. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and Biosciences degree in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering from McMaster University. He has worked 7 years in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) consulting field for oil and gas industry, having participated in a wide range of environmental and risk assessments for onshore and offshore facilities for companies such as Shell, Petronas and Chevron. He has led the drafting of formal assessment reports for approval by regulatory authorities such as the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) of Hong Kong. His experiences include numerical analysis, including modelling of atmospheric emissions and energy consumption analysis, and participation in workshop sessions involving key project stakeholders for identification of potential environmental and safety hazards and development of necessary mitigation measures.

 

Freddy LAW

Freddy LAW is the Advisory Consultant in EQM Service team.  He is the Director and Chief Innovation Consultant in Education for Good (仁人學社), and served clients including Civil Service Training and Development Institute, including Multinational Corporations and NGOs. Freddy graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Zhejiang University, he was awarded a scholarship to learn about social entrepreneurship in Harvard Kennedy School, Yale University and Stanford School.

He is responsible for a social innovation weekly column on <<Hong Kong Economic Journal>> and employed by The University of Hong Kong teaching Design Thinking, co-founder of Social Investors Club and sitting on the board of its investee social enterprise La Violet Education to nurture youth creativity.

Freddy is keen in public affairs, especially related to talent development and social innovation. He is appointed as a member of Human Resources Planning Commission by The Hong Kong Government. He is also a mentor of Institute of Entrepreneurship in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Jockey Club Cyber Youth Outreach Service and an Advisors in AIESEC Mainland of China, assisting B Corp movement.
